Questions

What manufacturers ask us first

What is a managed scrap program?
A standing arrangement rather than a series of one-off sales: containers sized and placed around where your process generates material, pickups on a schedule that fits production, grading verified on site, and material totals reported back so you can reconcile them. It replaces calling around for a price every time a pile gets too big.
How much does a site visit cost?
Nothing, and it carries no obligation. An account representative walks your floor, identifies where material is generated and what is being downgraded by mixing, then puts a container plan and written proposal in front of you.
Do you test alloys at our facility?
Yes. We bring a handheld analyzer to your site so grades are verified before material moves. That matters most on stainless and high-nickel streams where a mis-grade is expensive for both of us.
What reporting do we get?
Detailed material totals by stream, tied to certified scale weights. Customers use them for internal reconciliation and as the diversion data behind corporate sustainability reporting.
