Plant cleanouts
Clearing a line without stopping the plant.
Line moves, closures, obsolete equipment, and the accumulated corner of the building nobody has dealt with in fifteen years. We scope the containers and trucks to the window you actually have.

Questions
Cleanout questions
- Can you work around our production schedule?
- That is normally the whole constraint, and yes. Cleanouts get scheduled around shifts, shutdowns and holiday weeks. Tell us the window and we will scope the container and truck count to fit it rather than asking you to stop.
- Do you handle dismantling as well as removal?
- Cutting, rigging and building demolition go through our sister company, Custom Demo & Dismantling — OSHA certified, licensed and insured, with cranes, excavators and its own fleet. Custom Recycling handles the material once it is down.
- What happens to equipment that still has value?
- We tell you. Some machinery is worth more to a used-equipment buyer than it is as scrap, and pretending otherwise is a short-term way to lose an account. If a line is worth selling rather than shredding, that is the advice you will get.
